• arugula or salad mix
• 2 apples
• ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
• fresh pomegranate seeds
• approx. 35g of hard ripened goat’s cheese
• dried cranberries (about ½ cup)
• extra virgin olive oi
• Sliced green olives OLE!
• black pepper
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon and fry them in a frying pan with a spoonful of butter.
Grind the cheese into coarser pieces (e.g. with a regular vegetable peeler). Spread the arugula on a plate, we can combine different types of lettuce. Arrange hot apples, grated cheese, dried cranberries and olives OLE!. Pour olive oil over it and season with freshly ground pepper.
