• 1 smoked mackerel
• 3 small eggs
• 3 tablespoons of “grani” cheese (cottage cheese)
• 1 tablespoon of cream
• 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
• 2-3 pickled cucumbers
• 1 tablespoon of chives
• 3 tablespoons of Capers in oil OLE!
• salt & pepper
Hard-boil the eggs (about 10 minutes). After cooking, cool and chop the eggs. Divide the fish in half – remove the entire backbone with the bones. Place the cleaned mackerel pieces on a plate and crush them with a fork. Peel the cucumbers and chop them. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Serve the paste with warm toasts.
