• 200g of cream 18%
• 1 jar Pastena – paste fried mushrooms OLE!
• a bunch of asparagus
• 1 large onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• salt pepper
• pinch of sugar
• fresh thyme
• cheese (parmesan type)
Cut off the hard ends of the asparagus. Cook the asparagus in a pot or in a deep pan. Add a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of sugar to the water. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the asparagus are soft. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Cut the asparagus into smaller pieces.
Chop the onion and cook it until golden brown. Add chopped garlic. Add Pastena – a paste of fried mushrooms OLE!, cream and thyme leaves. Cook for a while. Add asparagus.
Serve with grated cheese and thyme leaves.
