- 600 g of deboned pork loin or 6 preformed cutlets
- 1/3 butter block (1 block = 200 g)
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt, pepper
- ½ jar of OLE! Pastena fried mushroom paste
- breadcrumbs (alternatively panko breadcrumbs)
Take the butter out of the fridge for at least one hour (before you start cooking), add garlic, salt, and dill. Refrigerate for around 1 hour.
Beat the cutlets thin. Season with salt and pepper. Spread with butter and Pastena fried mushroom paste and roll into roulades.
Dip in egg and cover with breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown on both sides and place inside a casserole dish.
Bake for 15 minutes in temperature of 180oC.
