Mushroom and cream tart

Pie (crust):
• 200g of flour
• 100g of cold butter
• 1 egg
• pinch of salt

Stuffing:
• 200g of cream 20%
• 1 red onion
• ½ of jar OLE! Pastena – a paste made of fried mushrooms
• 2 eggs
• 40g Parmesan or other hard cheese
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
• salt, pepper

Combine the ingredients for a crust and form it into a ball. Put it in the fridge for min. 1 hour.
After this time, roll out the dough and put it into a form previously greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Pierce the bottom with a fork in many places and put it in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour. During this time, cut the onion into half-slices and fry it.
Mix the cream with eggs, Pastena, chopped garlic and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Put the onion on the crust taken out of the fridge. Pour the whole mass over it. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
Decorate according to preferences.
