Falafels with OLE! Pastena black olive paste

• 400g dry chickpeas (soaked overnight in water)
• 1 large onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• spices: a teaspoon of chilli and sweet pepper, baking soda, cumin, coriander, spices 7 flavors
• frying oil
• 1 large spoon of Pastena black olive paste OLE!
• handful of fresh parsley/cilantro
• salt and pepper to taste

Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. Drain and rinse.
Blend with garlic, chopped onion and Paste. Add herbs and spices.
Mix everything. Meanwhile, season with salt and pepper to taste. Form balls from the obtained mass.
Deep fry to make them crispy and soft inside. Serve warm with hummus.
